  4. Institute of Toronto, Canada.  Provided is a wealth of 
  5. information on stainless steel alloys as to properties, corrosion
  6. resistance, specification codes, etc.  It is NOT a sales
  7. promotion item, but is of true use as an engineering tool to
  8. readily access date on stainless steels.

  10. The data has been compiled from numerous sources and it does
  11. represent current information on the properties and
  12. characteristics of the AISI 200, 300, and 400 series of
  13. stainless steel alloys.  By use of this software, the
  14. information is all immediately available, thereby eliminating
  15. the need to search for it in various handbooks or technical
  16. publications.

  18. The creation and free distribution of the Stainless Steel Data
  19. software is part of the continuing educational program
  20. sponsored by the Nickel Development Institute to broaden the
  21. use and understanding of stainless steel alloys.  You are
  22. welcome to copy and freely distribute this software so long as
  23. all files are kept intact and providing that the information
  24. is used for good purpose in engineering and associated 
  25. educational applications.

  28. is the objective of the Nickel Development Institute to get
